Growing up, you could find Cesar playing sports, exploring nature, and spending every minute he could with his friends. After some time in graphic design college, Cesar dropped out and picked up drawing as his main focus. He finally started tattooing in 2020 at the age of 19. Since then, he has made it a mission to ensure every client gets a tattoo that not only looks good, but ages even better by creating a realistic illusion that works perfectly with each clients skin tone and body structure!
